Luckily for you, Graceful Occasions promises to do just this.  We vow to take care of your big day in its entirety, from helping you find your perfect venue to organising the invites, marquees, caterers, lighting, music, flowers, transport and everything else – we will even create your wedding website for you.  On what should always be an unforgettable experience for the happy couple, we’ll go the extra mile to make sure it’s a day to remember for everyone spending it with you.

Partial & Full Planning Packages

These packages can be tailored to your exact requirements and is often chosen by people who would like a professional event planner to co-ordinate and liaise on their behalf, allowing you to relax and enjoy the run up to your big event.

 

We will be contactable in the run up to the day whenever you need us via telephone, meetings or email. We will provide a regular update on outstanding jobs making sure that everything runs smoothly.

Venue & Supplier Search

 

Following an initial consultation to discuss your requirements and ideas, we will put together a detailed shortlist of event suppliers and/or venue locations that meet your specifications for you to choose from and arrange any meetings as necessary.

On The Day Coordination

Many people find it invaluable to have the help of a professional event planner on their big day. We will co-ordinate and manage your plans to ensure your day runs smoothly, so that you are able to relax and enjoy the lead up to, and the whole day itself.

 

  • You can contact us whenever needed in the run up to the day, whether you have a question or just want some advice

  • We will produce a plan for the day in discussion with you and your suppliers which will act as the running schedule for the day

  • We will contact all suppliers to introduce ourselves and confirm arrangements for the day and maintain regular contact in the run up to the day

  • We will assist with the set up of the day’s events

  • Management and co-ordination of venue and all suppliers

  • We will provide assistance to the bridal party and all guests (if applicable)

  • We will deal with any issues that arise discreetly and efficiently

  • We can provide toastmaster announcements and co-ordinate supplier payments if needed

  • Our “Events Emergency Box” is always with us and available to use – it contains lots of essentials including safety pins, make-up, headache tablets, wipes, sewing kit and much more

  • We will support you through the final weeks in the run up to your event

  • On the Day we can be in attendance

RSVP Management

Graceful Occasions can assist you in the whole invitation process, from the selection and wording of your invitations, compiling the guest list, sending out save the date cards and invitations to guests, and collating the replies (even chasing up those who have not responded).

 

This can be a very stressful and time consuming process so let us take this additional work from you, allowing you to relax prior to the big day.

Venue Decoration Package or Styling

If you have plenty of ideas for your wedding but do not know where to start, or you cannot picture how the venue will look once set up, Graceful Occasions can help.

 

We can create mood boards from your initial ideas, source decorations and set everything up on the day.

We can turn a village hall into a beautiful venue perfect for a celebration.

 

We are also pleased to announce our brand new venue decoration packages containing all you need including chair covers, table-centres, table plans, trees and sweet tables, at one set price which is inclusive of delivery, set-up and collection.
